Abstract: 实验结果表明:烟草愈伤组织在生长和衰老期间,总呼吸速率(Vt)分别在11 d和19 d出现2次呼吸跃升;细胞色素途径的运行(ρ′Vcyt)与Vt的变化几乎一致,表明细胞色素途径仍是愈伤组织主要的电子传递途径;交替途径容量(Valt)及其与Vt的比值(Val t/Vt):在15 d前不断上升,而在15~19 d之间处于稳定水平后下降.交替途径运行(ρValt) 及其对Vt的贡献(ρValt/Vt)却与Valt变化趋势相似.反映到交替途径运行分数ρ值上,在1 5 d前不断提高,到15 d时达到最大值为0.55.显然愈伤组织在生长和衰老期间抗氰交替途径承担少量的呼吸电子流传递,也表明Valt与ρValt变化几乎一致,推测抗氰呼吸可能参与了烟草愈伤组织起始衰老.
