Abstract: 研究火焰热处理工艺对Q550热轧钢板屈服强度的影响,分析热处理工艺与钢板组织的相互关系.结果表明:热处理工艺和冷却方式对Q550钢板的力学性能具有很大的影响,火焰热处理工艺为800℃和空气中冷却,钢板的屈服强度得到较大幅度的提高,热处理钢板具有细小、分布均匀的显微组织.
