Abstract: 用PCR-STR、聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳及银染技术,对DHFRP2、FIBRA和ACTBP2三个STR位点的法科学应用进行探讨,显示三个位点的扩增效率高,DNA降解至400bp以下时也可扩增成功,可用于法医学个人识别.三个位点的基因型偶合率为7.6×10-5,累积非父排除率达96.81%,将此三个位点用于法科学亲子鉴定和个人识别,均获得满意结果.种属研究发现,9种常见动物DNA样本(兔、鸡、鼠、牛、猪、蛙、猫、鱼和蛇)中,兔、鸡DNA在DHFRP2位点有一长度为179bp的扩增片段;兔、牛、猪、鸡、鱼DNA在FIBRA位点出现一长度为207bp的扩增片段;9种动物DNA在ACTBP2位点均无扩增产物出现.
