Abstract: 本文选择PPR、PEX、ABS三种高分子材料作为制造太阳能热水器水箱内胆的材料,按照测试标准分别对试样进行各项性能测试以确定代替不锈钢的最佳材料.实验结果表明:通过差示扫描量热分析(DSC)发现PPR的熔点最高,达到144℃,塑料耐热性实验发现PPR的维卡软化点温度为128C,说明PPR能够满足太阳能热气器水箱内胆的工作温度要求.且其LOI值最高为21%,阻燃效果最好.综合考虑选择PPR作为太阳能...
