Abstract: 华东电力市场下一步改革的目标是实现辅助服务市场化.市场化以后,发电商需要选择自己的备用报价实现利润最大.利用机会成本的概念,将包含两发电商的市场分为五类.发电商根据掌握的市场信息,判断自身所属的类别.通过建立双层优化模型,寻找最优报价策略实现自身利润最大.最后对所用方法的有效性进行了验证,并分析了主能量报价对备用报价的影响.结果表明发电商的备用报价跟随主能量报价变化时,利润最大.
