Abstract: 探讨了在聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯并列复合中空纤维研制中,高聚物原料、复合纺丝温度、纺丝组件关键部件结构、拉伸工艺和松弛热定型条件对纤维的弹性性能的影响。结果表明:两种组分高聚物原料的黏度差异是影响弹性性能的关键因素,两种组分纺丝温度差在25K左右较好,拉伸比对弹性性能的影响较大,松弛热定型温度和时间应分别控制在140~160℃和15~30min。
