Abstract: 采用微波辅助技术进行锁阳儿茶素提取,利用响应面法对其工艺进行优化。通过单因素实验确定因素与水平,以儿茶素含量为考察指标,应用Box-Behnken设计3因素3水平实验,依据回归分析确定最优提取工艺条件。结果表明,微波辅助提取锁阳儿茶素的优化工艺条件为:提取时间13.3min,液料比13.6∶1(mL/g),微波功率208.5W。采用该工艺条件,提取的儿茶素含量为3.82mg/g,与预测理论值的相对标准偏差为0.18%。
