Abstract:
<正> 近年来,大量的医学研究表明,饮食的高热量、偏酸性是人们体质普遍下降的根本所在。 首先,长期摄入高热量、偏酸性的食物会使机体的内环境也偏酸,这就大大削弱了人体白细胞的吞噬功能,因此容易出现各种感染,特别是病毒感染。
