Abstract: 研究了Cu-12.8%Fe复合材料形变热处理时退火温度和形变量对复合材料微观组织、导电率及抗拉强度的影响。结果表明,退火温度的升高,Fe纤维逐渐出现弯曲、断开等再结晶现象,退火处理后进一步拉拔可以增加纤维的连续性,恢复纤维的拉拔特征,且Fe纤维较退火处理后纤维细小;随形变量的增加,复合材料的抗拉强度逐渐增加,导电率逐渐降低,450℃×1 h退火处理后复合材料的加工硬化率增加最为显著,且450℃退火处理后形变至减面率为81.6%时,抗拉强度与导电率分别增加了10%和5%。对比研究表明450℃是较好的退火处理温度,获得的较优综合匹配性能分别为615 MPa/59.5%IACS(450℃×1 h,η=8.19)、1008 MPa/53.3%IACS(450℃×1 h,η=9.93),并分析了其原因。
