Curing Kinetics of UV-Curable Glycidyl Methacrylate/Polyurethane-Acrylate/Nano-SiO2 Hybrid Coatings

Abstract: 采用了示差扫描量热仪(DSC)、动态力学谱仪(DMA)、傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)研究了GMA-PUA -纳米SiO2复合涂料的非等温固化反应及动态力学性能.结果表明:该体系具有较好的相容性,固化过程可以用自催化(S)est(a)k-Berggren(S-B)动力模型描述.当改性纳米SiO2质量分数为10%时,玻璃化温度达到最大值,提高了7.3℃.
