Abstract:
以具有抗菌性的功能单体丙烯酰氧乙基二甲基乙基溴化铵(PEDAB)与甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯及丙烯酸丁酯自由基聚合,合成了丙烯酸树脂.以此树脂配制涂料,并进行抗菌性检测.实验结果表明:合成树脂的最佳工艺条件为:在100 qC以正丁醇为溶剂、引发剂(BPO)的用量为1%.抗菌性检测结果表明在合成树脂过程中功能单体的用量为8%,涂膜对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌及黑曲霉的抗菌率均达到99%.
