Abstract:  食管癌手术是胸外科中时间较长、创伤较大的手术,在麻醉方法上我们通常选择静吸复合全身麻醉.术中应激反应较强、血压波动大,需要随时根据手术刺激强度调整全麻用药,以维持血流动力学相对稳定.本研究选择择期行食管癌中下段手术患者50例,对全麻复合不同浓度罗哌卡因硬膜外阻滞的效果进行对比研究,旨在探讨全麻复合不同浓度罗哌卡因硬膜外阻滞的麻醉效果和安全性以及罗哌卡因硬膜外阻滞的最佳浓度.
