Abstract:
以微电子技术革命为基础的计算、通讯和网络技术的迅速发展,推动了以网络为主要特征的社会结构的崛起,和以匿名为主要特征的虚拟行为方式的凸显,从而在一定程度上引发了新的道德风险.从20世纪下半叶开始,国外学界对由网络引发的诸多新道德议题,进行了广泛的研究.在概要介绍国外网络伦理学的发展状况、理论视野和核心议题的基础上,对近年来有关网络道德行为的实证研究成果,进行了梳理和分析.
