Abstract: 采用杂多酸H3PMo12O40为催化剂合成了维生素E乙酸酯,考察了温度、时间、反应物配比、催化剂用量等因素对酯化率的影响,并通过模糊数学模型确定了最优合成工艺:温度为40℃,时间为3h,维生素E的加入量为5mmol,n(乙酸酐)∶n(维生素E)=1.0∶1,催化剂用量为1.2g,此时反应的平均酯化率为97.6%.利用IR、元素分析和1HNMR对产物结构进行了表征.
