Abstract: 目的 总结保留乳头乳晕复合体( nipple-areola complex，NAC)的乳腺癌改良根治术经验，以期提高手术成功率。方法 对1998年1月至2009年12月行保留NAC乳腺癌改良根治术的159例患者的临床病理资料进行回顾。结果 159例患者中成功实施保留NAC乳腺癌改良根治术141例(88.68％)。术中放弃保留NAC而改变为乳腺癌改良根治术或根治术14例(8.81％)，其中4例(2....
