Abstract:
随着国民经济的发展、生活水平的不断提高以及疾病谱的变化,人们的医疗观念已由病后治疗型向预防保健型转变,健康保健意识逐渐增强,对保健(功能)食品的需求将大大增加。因此,保健(功能)食品产业的发展具有十分重要的经济意义和社会学价值,是解决新世纪健康问题的一个重要手段,也是解决我国民生问题的一条重要途径。
