Abstract: 主要针对永磁同步电机(PMSM)磁场定向控制系统中存在非线性饱和问题,分析了PI电机速度控制器Windup现象产生的过程及危害。对传统的Anti-reset Windup PI控制器进行了改进,将比例环节和积分环节对饱和影响进行了分离,从而使反馈补偿更为准确,有效提升了电机控制系统性能。通过仿真验证了可行性,并将其应用于所开发PMSM驱动控制系统中,在工程应用中取得了很好的控制效果,进一步验证了控制策略的可行性。
