Abstract:
大学文化对高校管理的影响很大,行政、学术、人才培养每一个环节体现出了独有的文化烙印。对于成长中的民办大学,聘用了大量公办高校退休或在职的教师和管理者担任领导,管理过程中的文化冲突不可避免,本文主要对当前民办大学管理过程中的文化冲突原因进行一定剖析,并提出一些对策。
