Abstract: 分别以乙醇-水、乙二醇-水、乙二胺-水作为介质,对纳米荧光粉Eu0.12Y178Ca0.10O3-δ进行水热改性.利用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、荧光光谱对其形貌和光致发光(PL)性能进行研究.结果表明,采用三种介质水热改性后,可明显改善纳米荧光粉Eu0.12Y178Ca0.10O3-δ的分散性,得到球形纳米晶,颗粒大小均在30 nm左右.水热改性后,Eu0....
