Abstract:
研究了大相对孔径光学系统的设计方法,讨论了光学设计初始的光焦度分配计算,设计了F数为0.9的大相对孔径红外消热差物镜。建立了由多个光组构成的组合光学系统的消热差模型,结合光学系统的结构型式和所选择的光学材料组合,获得了初始的光焦度分配,利用计算机辅助优化设计完成了像差校正。环境温度分析表明,在-40~60℃,该物镜成像质量稳定,调制传递函数(MTF)接近衍射极限。实际设计结果与理论计算结果相符合。
