Abstract: 将泽泻水提取物依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,萃取后的水相过大孔树脂柱得到水洗脱部分和95%乙醇洗脱部分,然后测定各部分的酶抑制活性,对高活性部分进行酶抑制动力学研究。结果显示,正丁醇萃取部分的抑制活性最高,α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制率达92.30%,高于阳性对照阿卡波糖。正丁醇萃取部分的抑制作用属非竞争性抑制。
