Abstract: 从稻种、稻叶、稻田土壤、稻田菌核和菜地土壤共105份样品中共分离细菌菌株2 672株,经拮抗性能测定,对水稻纹枯病菌(Rhizoctonia solani)、水稻恶苗病菌(Fusarium moniliforme)、水稻稻瘟病菌(Maganporthe grisea)、水稻白叶枯病菌(Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae)和水稻细菌性条斑病菌(Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzicola)有拮抗作用的菌株分别有500、67、45、11和9个.根据NA平板上菌落的形态特征,将67株稻恶苗病拮抗细菌初步分为7个类群,每一类群中选拮抗性能最强的一个菌株进行鉴定,结果有4支菌株为Bacillus subtilis,另3支菌株分别为B.pumillus、B.polymyxa和Pseudomonas sp..
