Abstract: 为探索二元碱度、MgO和Al2O3含量对鲅鱼圈高炉炉渣性能的影响,进行了配渣试验研究及炉渣成分预测模型开发工作。结果表明,在采用高比例进口矿条件下,其合理的造渣制度为碱度小于1.17,渣中wMgO在9%左右,wAl2O3小于16%,wAl2O3/wSiO2小于0.45。通过炉渣成分预算可测算炉料结构发生改变,尤其是进口块矿比例和Al2O3含量波动大的矿种变化时预算炉渣成分。
