Abstract: 通过爆炸加载试验观察分析其金相组织,研究低碳钢和硅锰钢材料的裂纹生成、扩展和断裂机制.为榴弹威力设计、破片控制提供依据.研究表明,低碳钢壳体断裂机理属剪切断裂,而硅锰钢壳体断裂机理则是以径向断裂为主,但伴有内表面的剪切断裂.硅锰钢破碎性均匀,属于高破片率钢,适合作榴弹弹体材料.
