Abstract:
通过对摩擦材料的填料组份、材料机械损失正切损耗角tan δ及基体材料高温残留物进行分析,研究高摩合成闸瓦的龟裂和金属镶嵌物的产生机理,得出提高闸瓦材料的机械损失正切损耗角tanδ可以有效防止闸瓦龟裂的产生,提高树脂的分解残留物比例可减少金属镶嵌物的产生.
