Abstract: 采用1∶1水力学模拟方法研究了板坯连铸结晶器内流场,探讨了双侧4孔水口出口方向对结晶器内液面波动、表面流速和注流冲击深度的影响趋势,得到了双侧4孔水口出口方向对板坯连铸结晶器内流场的影响规律。研究结果表明:4个孔都向下(α<β,α与β都向下)的双侧4孔水口的方案较优,此水口的冲击深度低,液面波动小,表面流速适中,比普通双侧孔水口效果好。
