Abstract: 设计了基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)的超声电磁复合电机驱动控制系统。采用FPGA产生两路相位、频率可调的正弦波,经滤波和功率放大后驱动超声波电机;同时,采用FPGA产生频率、相序可调的方波,经功率放大后直接驱动步进电机。该系统充分利用单片机技术与EDA技术各自的优点,将超声波电机与步进电机驱动信号源均集成于FPGA,并配合单片机实现了对超声电磁复合电机的驱动控制。试验证明该控制器可控精度高、可靠稳定、可维护性强,有助于超声电磁复合电机系统小型化、集成化设计,具有很好的应用前景。
