Abstract:  自古就有典籍记载:"后人以干姜炮黑谓之炮姜,姜味本辛,炮过则辛味稍减;若炮制太过,本质不存,谓之姜炭,其味微苦不辛,其质轻浮不实,又不及炮姜之功能.""若产后血虚发热及止血俱炒黑,温中炮用,散寒邪、理肺气,止呕生用".早在汉代就有关于炮姜的记载,宋代有了炮姜炭的应用.二者不为一物,功效、性状皆有不同,应加以区分,避免出现混用现象.
