Abstract:
葛根具有解酒功能,单独饮用,口感差且解酒效果不明显。葛根与酸奶混合发酵可形成葛根酸奶,经急性毒性实验(限度实验)、小鼠饮酒量实验、防醉效果实验、醒酒效果实验、小鼠血液乙醇浓度检测实验,证实葛根酸奶比葛根提取液具有更好的解酒效果。
