Abstract: 为系统全面地探讨超声波辅助法提取金荞麦(-)表儿茶素类活性物质的工艺条件,通过单因素试验法,确定超声功率、乙醇浓度、料液比、处理时间和处理温度的大致范围,再通过正交试验优化其提取工艺。结果表明:超声功率不宜高于250 W,乙醇浓度45%、料液比1∶18、处理温度20℃,处理时间10 min,平均提取率可达1.937 4%以上。该工艺快捷高效,可应用于金荞麦(-)表儿茶素单体产业化生产的前期生产。
