内黄灌肠起源于清咸丰年间,由内黄县城邱姓屠户发明,流传至今,是安阳周边地区有名的小吃之一.内黄灌肠以猪血、面粉为主要原料,以五香料等辅料精制,灌入猪大肠而成.可以凉调,叫筲灌肠;可以煎食,叫煎灌肠.
