Study on BN Doping of the BaTiO3-based NTC Ceramics

Abstract: 钛酸钡基材料在居里温度以下呈优异的NTC特性,围绕BN掺杂制备钛酸钡基NTC功能陶瓷材料,分别对不同掺杂量、烧结工艺过程进行了研究。结果表明,随着烧结温度的升高,NTC材料的致密化程度增强,其室温电阻率和NTC效应也会有一些变化,随着烧结温度的提高,NTC材料的居里温度也会有微小的变化;加入BN采用传统固相烧结法在烧结温度为1 200℃,烧结速率为250℃/h的条件下,合成了室温电阻率为56Ω.cm,B值为620,居里温度为320℃的负温度系数热敏电阻陶瓷材料。
