Abstract:
研究了用放电等离子体烧结(SPS)方法制备了不同含量(1vol%、3vol%、5vol%、7vol%)的多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)强韧化Fe3Al金属间化合物基复合材料的力学性能和微观结构.用X射线衍射和TEM、SEM测定其物相组成和显微结构,利用万能材料试验机对其力学性能进行测试,并对其强韧化机制进行分析.研究表明,多壁碳纳米管在烧结过程中被完整保存下来;在MWNTs含量为3vol%时,复合材料的室温断裂韧性和压缩屈服强度分别为40MPa·m1/2、3175MPa.复合材料强韧化的主要机制是碳纳米管的拔出和桥联。
