Abstract: [目的]比较大鳞副泥鳅雌雄个体的形态特征.[方法]采用主成分分析与t检验方法,比较了大鳞副泥鳅雌雄个体的10个外部形态特征.[结果]t检验结果表明10个比值性状中有3个比值性状表现出极显著差异(P<0.01),1个比值性状表现出显著差异(P<0.05),其他性状差异不显著.主成分分析构建了4个主成分,贡献率分别为31.151%、18.844%、12.324%和10.169%,4个主成分的积累贡献率...
