Abstract: 目的:探讨妊娠期糖尿病孕妇内脂素水平与糖代谢的关系.方法:检测血清中内脂素、FIN、FIG水平,计算HOMA-IR,用RT-PCR法检测脂肪组织中内脂素mRNA的表达.结果:(1)妊娠期糖尿病组孕妇血清内脂素、FPG、HOMA-IR、FIN明显高于对照组.(2)妊娠期糖尿病组孕妇内脏脂肪组织中的内脂素的表达明显高于对照组,且妊娠期糖尿病组孕妇内脏组织中内脂素的表达明显高于表皮脂肪组织.(3)血清中...
