Abstract: 目的通过对各种治疗肱骨近端骨折内固定物的相关生物力学实验进行综述,比较各内固定物稳定性。方法广泛查阅有关治疗肱骨近端骨折内固定物生物力学实验的文献,进行总结分析。结果肱骨近端骨折块解剖复位并达到稳定固定,对于术后肩关节功能的恢复至关重要。目前肱骨近端骨折治疗方法众多,锁定钢板具有较明显优势,经生物力学实验比较,其固定稳定性明显强于其他内固定物。结论相比其他内固定物,锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折固定强度大,已成为临床治疗肱骨近端骨折的首选。
