Abstract: 利用纤维素酶酶解迷迭香干叶,对其挥发油的提取工艺进行了研究。在单因素实验基础上,通过正交实验优化酶解工艺条件。结果表明,最佳酶解工艺为:酶用量为0·2%、pH为3、酶解温度30℃、酶解2h。在此条件下,迷迭香干叶经纤维素酶预处理后,利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油与未经过酶处理直接提取挥发油相比,出油率提高68·8%。
