Abstract: 目的综述Hedgehog信号通路对MSCs的增殖和多向分化的调控。方法查阅并综合分析近年有关Hedgehog信号通路对MSCs生物学特性调控的文献,并进行综述。结果 Hedgehog信号通路促进MSCs的增殖,并在其成骨、成软骨分化中发挥重要作用,抑制其成脂分化。结论 Hedgehog信号通路对MSCs增殖与多向分化调控的功能可作为组织或器官缺血、骨质疏松、软骨发育不全和肥胖症等新的治疗靶点。
