Abstract: 为了提升山楂果实综合加工利用价值,对山楂核精油的抗菌作用进行了研究。结果表明,山楂核精油对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌以及青霉菌均具有很强的抗菌性,且抗菌性的强弱与其作用浓度和作用时间有关。此实验结果为山楂核精油在食品工业或医药卫生等领域的应用提供了很好的理论基础与技术依据。
