Abstract:
"十一五"期间,水产加工业的快速发展,不但带动了渔业总产值的提高,也带动了水产品出口的增加,而水产品收获期集中、水分含量高、细菌携带多、极易腐败变质,严重影响着其市场流通和销售。水产品贮藏历来就是一个难题.是制约水产业发展的主要因素之一。怎样将生鲜食品更好的保鲜已成为行业关注的焦点,除了传统的保鲜手段,各种新技术、新手段也在不断突破,科研工作者正以科技的进步更好的保障消费者食品的安全性和营养性。
