Abstract:
采用超临界流体萃取技术提取八角茴香油,研究了温度、压力、时间对超临界流体萃取得率的影响,采用正交试验法进行了最佳工艺优化,利用GC/MS 对萃取八角茴香油的化学成分进行了分析.结果表明:萃取时间3 h、萃取温度55 ℃、萃取压力30 MPa,得率为11.2%.八角茴香油中鉴定出21种化合物.
