Abstract: A stage-divided numerical simulation method for closed-loop PWM switching power converters,which establishes the system's state equations by viewing both the main cir-cuits and the control circuits as a whole is introduced in MATLAB language.Using the coefficient matrixes of state equations as input parameters,this method can simulate the transi-ent responses and steady-state ripples analysis of the power converters.It is shown that the simulation is efficient.A detailed description about the method is given and a typical example is presented to illustrate its applications.
