Abstract: 利用电控式微小孔振动钻床对多层复合材料的微小孔钻削进行了试验研究,对不同材料层的加工参数进行优化,进而提出多层复合材料阶跃式三参数振动钻削新工艺.试验表明,阶跃式三参数振动钻削的入钻定位误差r、孔扩量ΔD、出口毛刺高度H值比普通钻削的相应值显著降低.
