Abstract:  江苏省常熟市支塘中心小学校在名师培养的过程中发现一个现象,相当多的教师在被评为各级教学能手以及学科带头人以后产生了专业发展停滞不前的现象,好像很难再上一个台阶,其实这就是专家所谓的教师专业发展的"高原现象",其产生除了教师主观的因素外也与教师所处的环境因素和组织因素有密切的关系.[1]如何帮助这些教师尽快打破高原期的平寂和困惑,找到专业发展的突破口,我们采取了以下措施.
