Abstract: 高校教师职务聘任机制对教师科研工作的要求存在着时间和数量的限制,这与科研工作本身的发展规律并不相符,造成了教师心理压力过重、浮躁的学术风气和创新性学术成果缺位等影响.因此结合这一问题提出在评聘过程中,应注重质量评价,评价方法要根据不同学科和岗位进行区分,以及体现对创新性成果的鼓励等建议.
