Abstract: 研究了红花檵木红叶和绿叶的解剖结构以及叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、花青素的含量,发现红叶转绿后:(1)叶片厚度变薄、主要叶细胞缩小;(2)气孔指数、气孔密度和单位面积的气孔总开度均明显下降;(3)叶肉细胞的叶绿体大小和数量都变小,但是单位叶鲜样质量的质体色素增加;(4)花青苷含量急剧下降.综合前人的研究,认为花青苷含量急剧下降是叶片呈现绿色的关键因素,高温可能是诱导红花檵木叶片花青素苷含量下降的关键环境因...
