Abstract: <正> 我与妻在吃菜上的一大反差是:我爱蔬菜,她喜欢肉食。我体重约55公斤,体型尚匀称,她大腹便便,行动不够敏捷。我劝她少肉多蔬,她无动于衷——几十年的习惯岂能被我三言两语所左右。于是,餐桌上少见绿色——说夸张一点是“万黄丛中一点绿”。有时她也买点蔬菜,恰是我最“感冒”的——它们是芹菜与黄豆芽。她取芹菜,因其可降血压;她携黄豆芽,因其味鲜。芹菜总与豆干丝搭配;豆芽老是与油豆腐结盟,这几种豆制品又是我不欣赏的,所以,我从不把筷指向它们。
