Abstract: 对烟草不同生长时期烟蚜MyzuspersicaeSulzer种群的时空动态及抽样技术进行了系统研究。结果表明:烟草不同品种和不同日期的烟蚜种群数量有极显著差异。烟草各生长时期三个品种上烟蚜种群呈聚集分布,聚集强度变化有明显的季节规律。本文还利用种群聚集均数λ值分析了种群聚集的原因,通过Taylor和Iwao的方法描述了烟蚜种群空间格局的特性为聚集型且个体间相互吸引,确定了在一定精确度水平下最适理论抽样数模型n=1D2(55.93/x+5.12),序贯抽样模型Tn=55.93/(D2-5.12/n),且n>5.12/D2。
