Abstract: <正> 一、我国出口茶农药残留现状: 2002年在各级部门的重视和领导下,茶叶中的农药残留状况进一步好转,茶叶农残水平明显下降。总体而言,我国出口茶的农残超标率(按欧盟标准)已由1999年末的80%降至2002年的20%左右。从不同茶类来看,红、绿茶的超标率低于乌龙茶和花茶的超标率。这种明显下降的趋势也得到欧盟权威部门的认同。据欧洲茶叶委员会关于农残问题
