Abstract: <正> 枸杞叶富含甜菜碱、芦丁及多种氨基酸和微量元素等。常饮枸杞叶茶可养肝明目、软化血管。其加工方法如下:一、采叶。采摘色泽嫩绿、无病虫害、肥厚新鲜的枸杞叶,清水洗去叶面上的尘土和污物,沥干后均匀摊晾在通风干燥处3—4小时,摊晾期间翻动1—2次,至叶片萎软。二、杀青。将锅放在砌成倾斜35度的灶上。当锅温达到120℃时,投入2公斤鲜枸杞叶,连续翻炒4—5分
